Worst bank experience I've ever encountered. Very unprofessional and dismissive.
Very rude and unhelpful, unwilling to figure out a solution to their atm eating my debit card and I was 4 hours from home. They claimed to have nothing to do with their atm machine that is on there property and when we called the number ON the machine they told me the people inside the bank would need to help me.
Debit card was stolen from a friend of mine and the bank REFUSED to help her get it back. I drove 45 minutes to help and her husband get back home, which, mind you! was 4 hours away in Iowa. It’s a disgrace to say to that you put your customers first when events like this occur. Shame on you guys and your lack of eagerness to assist in this situation.
