I wish I could give less than 1 star. I had the most aweful experience at this facility. My husband and I were looking for loan options to finance an RV we were buying in TX. I have heard that Bank of the West is big on financing RVs so we decided to apply with them. I am a travel RN and my husband is a biomedical engineer, we have excellent credit history and great income. I cannot say enough good things about the Bank of the West team - especially Adam Ward and Charles Comer. As a small business owner, they were incredible in helping us to obtain our PPP loans. They were able to do what other big box banks could not do. The customer service is second to none. I will be a customer for life!

Bank of the West is one of those banks where you can call the branch or corporate office and talk to normal people like you and me. You get to know people by name. They take care of you like neighbors. I enjoy banking here.
