This location pays no attention to customer experience. The property is always filthy with trash and an unkept appearance. There is a very large tree branch that fell on their lot that hasn’t been removed in almost a month. There are many other banks/locations that strive to provide a welcoming customer experience, this is not one of them.
Walked into the bank — you know, the place literally made to handle money — to get some small bills for my business (1s, 5s, 10s, 20s). Asked for $200 in change. Pretty normal, right? The clerk flat-out said no, claiming they only keep $100 in each drawer. Seriously?? You're telling me a BANK doesn’t have cash on hand? What kind of joke is that? First time here, the female teller inside the bank was really kinda rude , I'm from out of state, cashing a check here, when I was told its a $10 dollars to cash one of thier own checks i asked about opening an account and she gave 0 information about the kind of accounts or even how to go about doing so,showed zero care or interest
I would give zero stars if possible. The absolute worst customer service. I had a loan with Bank of the West, and BMO bought them out. I have had nothing but problems since then. And each time it is a mistake they cause! I then have call and have them fix their mistake. If you need CS, you get a person in Indonesia that knows nothing and must contact a supervisor for EVERY question. DEAL with a Local Colorado Bank, not some Canadian bank.
This bank is basically a knockoff. Their technology is from 2003. Chase, Wells Fargo, US Bank, you name it, it’s a knockoff of those. Stick with the bank you have because the switch is not worth the headache.
