Up until 2019 before I moved to Minnesota I had visited this branch maybe about three times when I used to live in Denver, Colorado. This is when it was still Bank of the West, and my main branch was up in University Hills. But, at times when I was in the Cherry Creek area would "mosey" on in to do a transaction or two for convenience. Claimed to be open until 1500 hours on Christmas Eve. I arrived during my lunch break to deposit money into my account. Doors locked and everything was closed. This place needs to update their operating hours.
Not great. Understaffed and undertrained.
This time wasted was all for a 15$ late fees wrongfully charged because they're system said we were paid up for this month but we weren't. Couldn't even process the payment when we tried. Waited 11 days to notify us ( even tho late fees kicks in after 10) its like they're trying to squeeze every penny out of their customers. Spent 4 hours and 42 minutes trying to get this bogus late charge reversed. And yet even with proof that they're system was wrong.... still refused. BMO is a corporate bully.
