The lady teller lety ( I believe is her name ! ) at this location was very helpful with helping me figure out a payment processing issue I had she answered all my questions. I usually don’t write reviews but Lety made this experience easy and stress free which made my day better! Definitely will come back to this branch to do my banking !
I was in the bank yesterday around 3-4 o’clock the front desk teller Lety was very helpful and professional but as I was walking in two other male employees were playing golf in the back lobby area and were not helping the other teller lady. I was only in there for a little bit but I felt upset for the front desk person bc it seems this happens often when I talked to her . No wonder they have such bad reviews. From day one customer service was terrible
Up until 2019 before I moved to Minnesota I had visited this branch maybe about three times when I used to live in Denver, Colorado. This is when it was still Bank of the West, and my main branch was up in University Hills. But, at times when I was in the Cherry Creek area would "mosey" on in to do a transaction or two for convenience. At the time the employees were cordial and very professional never had any issues at this location. With that said. Claimed to be open until 1500 hours on Christmas Eve. I arrived during my lunch break to deposit money into my account. Doors locked and everything was closed. This place needs to update their operating hours.
