Not great. Understaffed and undertrained.
This time wasted was all for a 15$ late fees wrongfully charged because they're system said we were paid up for this month but we weren't. Couldn't even process the payment when we tried. Waited 11 days to notify us ( even tho late fees kicks in after 10) its like they're trying to squeeze every penny out of their customers. Spent 4 hours and 42 minutes trying to get this bogus late charge reversed. And yet even with proof that they're system was wrong.... still refused. BMO is a corporate bully. This location pays no attention to customer experience. The property is always filthy with trash and an unkept appearance. There is a very large tree branch that fell on their lot that hasn’t been removed in almost a month. There are many other banks/locations that strive to provide a welcoming customer experience, this is not one of them.
Walked into the bank — you know, the place literally made to handle money — to get some small bills for my business (1s, 5s, 10s, 20s). Asked for $200 in change. Pretty normal, right? The clerk flat-out said no, claiming they only keep $100 in each drawer. Seriously?? You're telling me a BANK doesn’t have cash on hand? What kind of joke is that?
