Have had a great experience with BMO at this location. I called in and they were super helpful answers my questions!
I am done with this bank. Nothing but problems... cant access my account on the weekend through the app. Password always needs a reset, customer service cant help. My husband went in and reported his card missing and requested a new card, they canceled MY DEBIT CARD when I wasnt even present in the bank and my husband's name wasnt even on the account. Now that its the weekend their servers have a problem and I cant transfer money to buy my baby diapers. We are about to sell our home and make a pretty penny and this bank will... read more
Here's the issue that I have with the bank at this location near Southwest plaza. They often close 5 to 7 minutes before 5:00 p.m. The issue and sparked this review today that I went to go draw $5,000 so that I could buy a vehicle. I have much more than that in the bank but the banker told me that they have a withdrawal limit of $3,000 at the counter. On top of that, they had me sign a special indemnification form.
