I am done with this bank. Nothing but problems... cant access my account on the weekend through the app. Password always needs a reset, customer service cant help. My husband went in and reported his card missing and requested a new card, they canceled MY DEBIT CARD when I wasnt even present in the bank and my husband's name wasnt even on the account. Now that its the weekend their servers have a problem and I cant transfer money to buy my baby diapers. We are about to sell our home and make a pretty penny and this bank will... read more
Here's the issue that I have with the bank at this location near Southwest plaza. They often close 5 to 7 minutes before 5:00 p.m. The issue and sparked this review today that I went to go draw $5,000 so that I could buy a vehicle. I have much more than that in the bank but the banker told me that they have a withdrawal limit of $3,000 at the counter. On top of that, they had me sign a special indemnification form. Hours are hard if you work!
The "manager" has NO IDEA what I'm talking about when I say I need to dispute a charge 'without' my account being frozen. She can only ask what "frozen" means and then started asking me about the company with the charge...as if that has 'anything' to do with her or MY account so I guess I'll close it and find a better bank. Edit- My attempt to speak to anyone about my issue was met with being screamed at on the phone and hung up on.
I liked Bank of the West but BMO is trash. After over a year with them I will be going g else where! Ridiculous
