Hours are hard if you work!
The "manager" has NO IDEA what I'm talking about when I say I need to dispute a charge 'without' my account being frozen. She can only ask what "frozen" means and then started asking me about the company with the charge...as if that has 'anything' to do with her or MY account so I guess I'll close it and find a better bank. Edit- My attempt to speak to anyone about my issue was met with being screamed at on the phone and hung up on.

I’m switching banks of due to this location. SO RIDICULOUS. If they’re ACTUALLY open doing regular business hours, you get to wait 15min+ for someone to help you. Never had to wait so long at a bank of the west/BMO before. There’s been too many terrible experiences there so done with BMO. Save everyone some time and close this location
