0/0 Extremely Frustrating Experience I am extremely disappointed with BMO’s customer service and fees. I emailed the requested documentation multiple times, yet nothing was ever updated or corrected. I then waited weeks for a debit card that I never received. After all of that, I finally came into the branch to close my account. I arrived right when the bank opened, only to be told there would be a $50 fee to close the account. The manager opened the bank and then left for 30 minutes.
