I've been banking at BMO Bear Valley since they opened a couple of years ago, replacing the Bank of the West, and found the staff and management to always be helpful and efficient. I never had a problem there for any of my banking needs.
Managers here cant handle anything extra on a saturday and when you have a problem they get an attitude
Went in today. Asked for a withdrawal out of my savings account. I was clear on the account and the amount. The teller took the withdrawal out of my checking account... And overdrew my account. I only found out when my debit card was declined moments later at another store. Then when I called to gets answers BMO acted as though I was the inconvenience. BS.
