Managers here cant handle anything extra on a saturday and when you have a problem they get an attitude
Went in today. Asked for a withdrawal out of my savings account. I was clear on the account and the amount. The teller took the withdrawal out of my checking account... And overdrew my account. I only found out when my debit card was declined moments later at another store. Then when I called to gets answers BMO acted as though I was the inconvenience. BS.
What kind of bank can’t exchange $2 worth of change for quarters, for their customers? Also, I’ve never worked with a bank that can’t print debit cards in house. Time for some upgrades. The bathroom at this location is not handicap accessible. Even if I was able to fit my chair through the door, the wall jets diagonal as soon as you go in, so there would be no way for me to access the restroom. Absolutely ridiculous. The tellers were friendly.
If I could do a negative star I would after the service I experienced today with the teller that told me she is the manager. I am closing my account and reporting as high up as I can and requesting if they have any camera footage it be reviewed. Intimidation and hatefulness is operating here. This is a place your suppose to trust with your money. Scary!!!!
