We had the pleasure of spending over an hour setting up a simple checking and savings account, and we enjoyed every minute of it! Most of these reviews are old and not reflective of what I experienced. I was in this branch two days ago. Tammy, the manager, set up my new business account and rectified some minor issues on personal account. They print debit cards on the spot. BMO has the right locations and I was very impressed with my level of care here!
Nice staff. Quick service.
I had a credit card with BMO bank for the last 4 1/2 years never missed a payment, they mailed me a letter saying my account is closed for no appear in reason. The only thing mentioned here that it may not fit with their requirements and they can just close it anytime for nothing absolutely. As you can tell, this is not a good financial institution, and they are greedy and apparently racist, very ignorant, and absolutely discouraging.
