Bankers were warm, friendly and helpful.
This place will rob you blind. Opened a checking account specifically to cash a check, and was told to keep $100 in the account for a few months to keep from incurring fees. I told them to do whatever needed to set me up so that I wouldn't get charged any service fees that would dip my account below $100 and they said done. NOT done. They charged me $3 for paper statements and then proceeded to charge me $10 per month because the account was below $100. Didn't tell me what I had to do to avoid paper statement fees. Worst bank I have dealt with. They holding a large sum of my money from me. If you care about your money you wouldn’t put it in BMO. They can take money out whenever they please and hold it till they want.
