I have been a customer of the Bank of the James for almost 10 years now. I got my first mortgage thanks to Rich Edwards, and Gloria Fore (now retired) at the Chestnut Hill branch always made sure my needs were met and helped me achieve savings and financial goals. This, on top of the countless tellers who I've met and helped me a great deal over the years. Even though I no longer live in Virginia, I still use the Bank of the James thanks to its convenient, online banking services.
So tired of the "Big Bank" fees and drama/rules. Bank of the James wants my business! They make that very apparent. Extremely helpful staff and managers! �
I have money in the bank but atm will not give me some !! Fort Ave. & Forest branches !! Why???
