I've had my mortgage with Bank of Texas since 2016. Every interaction I've had from escrow to the Loss drafts department has been bad. I reached the point that my mortgage insurance could be dropped so I did what the letter said and called and requested it be dropped and 3 weeks later I received another letter telling me that if I wanted to drop the mortgage insurance I would have to call and make a request. Tracy Cole misled us and only wanted to run a credit check. She wasn't interested in doing the type of loan we wanted to do. Only tried to sucker us into something else to make her more money.
