Dont trust this bank, they just wanna run your credit
My fiancé and I are trying to purchase our first house, I get Jeff Brinegar as a recommendation… we went to see him on 3/17/25, very responsive and seemed great to work with. 3/25/25 still haven’t heard anything, which is fine because our situation is a little difficult and at this point we have received a credit report that was mailed to us. Ridiculous policy with 'suspected fraud' to account.. never heard of being required to fax or mail copies of license and utility bill. If you think there's fraud, cancel card, mail another like every other bank.
I've had nothing but positive experiences with the Bank of Missouri. When I found a fraudulent charge on my card, they had the refund issued and a new card ready for me within the day. It's reassuring to know they've got my back!
