It was a pleasure having Martin Perez as the mortgage lender for our transaction!! Tina was Awesome!!!! After wasting 9 weeks with Suntrust, our Real Estate Agent referred us to Tina. 2 weeks after talking to Tina, we closed!!!!! You can't ask for any better than that. I didn't have to talk to multiple people either. She got all the information she needed within 2 days, and POOF!!! We were approved!!! A++++++
