This was a wonderful experience!!!
The bank of Little Rock was easy to work with, however I would not recommend them to a friend. They sold my loan immediately to Rocket mortgage. If I had gone with rocket mortgage originally I could have gotten 1% off of my first years payments as well as a lower interest rate for the entire length of my loan. I was advised to stay with the local bank who immediately sold my loan to Rocket mortgage.
