Should teach their tellers how to do jobs. I was in here trying to cash a payroll check 20minutes later after finally verifying it. They cashed it but I was exhausted from working 9 hours and the 20 minute delay. I didn’t endorse it. The teller called my previous employer and said employer gave out my number. The teller made it to be my problem like I was going to get in trouble because she might be fired. Asked me to come back today and waste time and gas as well as can meet me at my house to sign. 직원들 친절하고 전화상담에서는 여러번의 전화상담 전화받으시는 모든분들이 진심으로 도움주시려고하시는것에 감동했습니다 직접 찾아가도 전화상담으로도 이분들은 매우 전문적이고 친절하셨습니다 제가 별점 1나 빼고 4점 드리는 이유는 현금지급기에 현금입금이 힘들어서입니다 이유는 모르겠지만 타은행들은 현금지급기에서 한번에 입금되는데요 여러번 입금해야 겨우 입금이 되든지 그나마도 다 입금이 안되더군요 천불미만의 현금인데요....현금지급기 입금만 제대로 처리된다면 더이상없이 만족합니다...위치가 H마트 옆이라 은행들리고나서는 항상 간단하게 시장보고 갑니다 제가 은행은 잘 선택한거 같습니다...오래도록 함께하고싶은 은행입니다...
