Nicholas and Jennifer were very helpful in completing my Jumbo VA refi. I ran a parallel application with a competitor and ultimately chose B of E because of the customer service I received from both of them.
Nicholas at BOE was great. He worked all hours around the clock to get our refinance done. We looked into a couple other banks and he definitely got us the best rate and helped us get our monthly mortgage down. Seemed very honest and was willing to explain the whole process. I would recommend using him!!!!

WORST FIRST HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. IF YOU NEED PROOF I WILL PROVIDE IT. I have been working with them for months now for months, and they told me they could close in 45 days and we are on day 70 with several extensions I have received my cds and am suppose to close tomorrow. I have had next to no communication with anyone. I have heard more information from the title company then I have my own bank people.
