Everytime I go into the bank it always smells so good and the people at leetsdale are so friendly they always help me and satisfy my needs. Thank you for all your great customer service.
I have been with the BOD since 1987 however my most pleasant experience has been with the Holly St branch. Aya has been very personable and gives quality assistance with all banking needs.
Worst bank ever these two tellers tell me I can't cash the check without coming into the lobby even though the person that wrote me the check has the account there. They tell me the lobby closes at 4:00 but the sign says 5:00 and that I have to come and show my face on a camera in case of fraud it's a $200 check these people are absolutely worthless do not ever do business with them.
