Mae is fantastic. She constantly goes above and beyond with her service whenever I deal with her. While other items are not as smooth or customer friendly, Mae always delivers a pleasant experience.
I am an older adult and I bank at the Midwest bank on Holly Street. I was trying to make a purchase to an overseas company in Scotland and was not successful. I called Alec the assistant manager because he had helped me with my bank account in the past. He first checked to make sure that it was a legitimate company. He helped me successfully complete the purchase from my bank account. Alec was patient and friendly spending a great deal of time to complete the transaction. I think Alec's help was outstanding customer service.
I like the bank, they know I am slow to count my money, and they help me through the process with no disgruntlement. Any banking necessity they will take the opt to help. Good Service. Iris Scott
