This is the first online review I've felt compelled to write. I have used this bank for personal and business accounts. Tellers are generally cordial, but I've been gaslit twice by their employees over their small mistakes. I don't care if they make mistakes, but they lie about it! Online banking is outdated and literally unusable, and their "security" checks make it impossible to do anything with your own money. Putting my money in this bank has literally been a liability. The most anti-customer bank I have ever dealt with. For starters it’s Hard to get your money out, they underpay interest, close accounts without notice and they’re unapologetically nasty about their known shortfalls.
Great location, friendly staff and excellent customer service!
Bernadette is killin it, even with limited staff!
