Midwestone branch, helpful staff, more convenient location/regular hours than downtown option
This bank has gone downhill considerably since MidwestOne acquired it. Nothing works. I’ve wasted hours trying to do simple transactions that took seconds before. Employees don’t care. I loved Bank of Denver, very disappointed they sold to a company who doesn’t have it together. Closing my account next week.
Terrible customer service is unheard of with these people incompetent in my opinion
Love this bank and they have safe deposit boxes
