Katie Hein and Henry Artiga have been lifesavers again and again. They talk through my particular situation and offer recommended accounts even as accounts transition, are incredibly detailed and through, and are extremely patient throughout it all. Midwest one recently acquired the Bank of Denver, which I have been banking with for over 10 years. I had 3 different accounts with them. I noticed after they were acquired and switched over to Midwest One Bank that I continued to receive fees that I did not receive when it was the Bank of Denver. The final straw for me was that I was receiving a fee for returned mail statements for 1 of my 3 accounts, even though I receive my statements electronically.
