Bank of Desoto steals from their clients... james p monkres has been withholding property and business information from me for over 7 years... 🖕🏾..property is steal in my deceased grandfather name.. Dallas County has done nothing.. I have reported him to the police and they have done nothing.. he's a thief... rating is zero..
