Been there several times.they have the Worst customer service I have ever experienced.and they even avoid doing their job and told me to do it somewhere else.Their heart is full of hatred negativity and grudge. I can even heard their curse against customer when I just turned around.if I were the boss of BOC , I would fire them all.
