在网上查询的可办理业务到了柜台却说办不了，所有涉及人民币的业务都办不了，也不知道在阿德莱德开个中国银行意义何在？工作人员服务态度有待提高，一副生无可恋的模样， 很差的体验，不会再去！看了其他的五星好评，这些人都不讲事实的吗？睁着眼说瞎话，货币兑换，国际转账都不给办理啊！今天的亲身经历！特意问了工作人员这银行都能干点儿啥，人家说和澳洲四大银行的业务一样，也不知道几个意思。
