Terrible company! Zero communication! An online application that states decisions in 2 minutes and a company that never answers any phone extension and never replies to any email requests for follow up! Basically an information gathering site looking to gather borrowers data! Stay clear and find a better organization to do business with.

This company provides a very shark style business practice. Do your homework and find a better lender to work with. After trying to convince me the rate given was best they could do I searched other lenders and obtained a loan with HALF the amount of interest. Suddenly when they were advised that we would like to meet or beat your offer when until this point the original amount was industry standard for my profile. Multiple lenders offered much less interest rates and fees, WITHOUT doing a hard credit pull.

They are just like another bottom feeder loan shark and are predatory lending company. The get your information and then tell you they are working on the loan and shop it out to other brokers and then don't deliver.All the other bad reviews are true. Even if you have good credit, as we do, 780, they still tell you they can not get you a loan after they have all your information.Don't waste your time, you can find a much better lender to work with.

I experienced very predatory loan shark practices trying to get a loan from ******************* of Cardiff, including him trying to convince me that my credit score was lower than it actually was and thats why I should take his loan offer right now. & The offer was horrible. I would recommend ********************************** for small business loans instead of Cardiff.

Wow. They had me sign documents and then backed out after having to verify my bank account. Unbelievable and so unprofessional. I called the number on their website and a lady answered with, Hello?. Instant red flag.

Sal was amazing he went above and beyond to get us the best deal for our new equipment and helped to adjust and match any competitive rates. He is a great asset to this financial institution and he is honest and precise with information plus kept me updated on the process despite my very busy schedule. Move 4 less LLC. Is satisfied and looking forward to a much brighter future towards our growth.

We have been trying to reach out to someone from Cardiff or someone representing them for weeks now. We can not get a response. We tried contacts off of different correspondence we have received, called, emailed, etc...Nothing! We have been trying to contact someone to work out a payment arrangement to repay a loan. We have been trying to do the right thing and try to work something out, but can't get anywhere/"

They sell you a great story line telling you they fund 90% of all their deals themselves but in the end they send you to a deal from somewhere else that is outrageous and make sure you READ the print “this is not a loan” , you sign and are locked In for the full payback amount , so for example they send you a deal for $29,000 there is a $870 fee taken out of the $29,000 (for processing your application , checking risk factors blah blah blah) so you actually only get $28,130.00 oh but wait there is more , your payback total i... read more
