One of the worst Bank of America’s I’ve ever been had the displeasure of visiting. The drive up ATM doesn’t work half the time, and when it’s not working you often can’t even get into the lobby to use the other atm.
Teller was really nice but was unable to make a deposit to business account my company has. Asked her manager for help and he told her she could not do it. Drove straight to another branch and didn't even mention the trouble I had. I was helped without issue. This branch is not going to help you. The manager doesn't know what he is talking about.
This branch is absolutely wonderful. Mych better than S. Wadsworth. Joshua, the branch manager is very personable, knowledgeable and accomodating. The staff are professional and always helpful. Thank you!!
BEWARE of this branch. zero stars. HORRIBLE, unhelpful, clueless staff.
