Seems a bit understaffed for a major bank. Only 1 teller on a Tuesday
Had to deposit some cash and make a cashier's check. Probably the smoothest service ever, it wasn't crowded and my request was promptly fulfilled. Carolina is the best, she was very polite and fast with the service even though it was near closing time. Thank You so much Caroline. If you want the best BoFA customer service in Denver, this branch is highly recommended.

We need to close a regular savings account here, the lady working here illeally asking our personal information nothing related with the account close processing, finally they said they do the closed process for my account after I refused give those not related information to them,I am angry, But months later, I still continue receiving the Bank of America account summary letter, what the hell this people doing here?
