Poor management.
If u want to waste your time, just come in. Is ridiculous wait for 40 minutes for 4 people in the line. Nice Bank 》DAMARIS《 her behavior was really un profesional.
This location has 1 teller and 7 offices, they clearly didn’t think this one out, expect to wait at least half a hour or more.
The receptionist lady told me to go back the next day to get a cashiers check because my money wasn’t “visible” at the time. Went to another BOA and was given a cashiers check right away
