The receptionist lady told me to go back the next day to get a cashiers check because my money wasn’t “visible” at the time. Went to another BOA and was given a cashiers check right away
Opened a business bank account and had funds taken due to a breach. My account was closed due to this. Not only was BofA unable to recoup all the funds (understandable considering the time frame), but I was unable to cash the very cashier's check they provided to me after recovering some of the funds. Never have I had this occur before at a bank where not only was the bank the issuer of the check but also had the same customer, and all valid documentation was present.
I had scheduled an appointment online for a 17yo to open an account. We showed up about 15 min early and as we walked in, we were happily greeted by Edwin. He was to be our banker and took us immediately to his office where he began to explain the process patiently and thoroughly. He is very personal and respectful. The entire experience was very good, even down to depositing the required 25$ with Sarah, at the teller window. Thank you team Bank of America.
