Associate didn't show up for the appointment I made and ghosted me afterwards. I was on hold for over an hour with customer support beforehand and they just hung up. I've been a customer with boa for 20 years but they obviously don't care about customers.
Annaca is an awesome teller and everyone else I've met at this branch is super fantastic. They're so great that I felt compelled to write a review for a bank branch, haha! Thanks for the professionalism and humor, you guys rock!

Terrible customer service. Another branch sent me here (30 minutes out of the way) saying they can do something, and they couldn't help me. I called the branch all the way down.. call after call. No answer. Got all the way down there, and they said we can help you as long as we can charge you. I said, I don't like it, no other bank would do that, but fine. Then oops, we can't do it after all. Wasted hour and a half of my life I won't ever be able to get back. I would recommend finding a different bank to bank with. Just sayi... read more
Very pleased with Ashley and her staff. Needed to deposit a ton of coins, as with many banks I had to roll them myself (annoying!) but she offered me the rolls and a little plastic gadget to help count them.
