The staff here is great. The Carolinas are amazing and they always make me feel so welcome. 10/10 stars!
There are no tellers here. They can’t do anything for you. Essentially this is an ATM with some meeting rooms

Walked in, no one is in the office at 2:00 PM, nor does the ‘video chat’ work
Only two people working and tied up in their meeting rooms with other customers I guess. Gave up after waiting 20 mins to cash a large check. EDIT: I'm not contacting a social media team. Add more staff please.
