Probably the worse banking experience I've ever had, but due to location, I must use it. No matter what day or time only one teller. I had to wait forty (40) minutes in line once. have you ever been in a bank that has no clock nor calendar. As a business person I believe the entire operation is a bad joke. AWFUL

Very nice people but every time I go in they're totally understaffed.

I came to the bank was somewhat of an emergency. I needed to give money to someone to help them pay rent so I needed to make sure some checks I deposit it cleared. So I went to the bank during the day taking time off of work to try to ask somebody when the checks will clear or if I can get them to clear early because they were checks from a Bank of America account which they can verify the balance on the account there were depositing from go into my Bank of America account.
