Always very helpful
Very unorganized and non equiped staff to help new customers! I was there for 2.5 hours and they could not verify my identity and open an account for me even though I presented them with two forms of ID. Then they told me to call bank of america to verify my identity and the people on the phone told me to go back to the bank to sort it out. This is very bad customer service and obviously they all have no idea how to do their job and they obvisouly dont need new customers.
The manager Evin was very helpful. Very appreciated.
