Terrible hours
Understaffed. Long unnecessary waits. Edit: after recent issues with cashing a foreign check I have found the bank very helpful in dealing with problems.
Almost a week ago I went to bank of America to open a new account. I want to express my thanks to Hamza Eweedah. Even though I didn’t have an appointment he still helped me. He was very friendly . Also he offered me some opportunities so I could choose what was the best for me. I want to mention that it was the 4th bank I went that day and all others told me I needed an appointment in order to open an account and none was offered to help.
