Very poor service at this branch and at Bank of America in general. A significant amount of $$$ were stolen from our accounts, someone used fraudulent signature but bank did not help at all despite numerous attempts, this is despite the fact that we have multiple accounts and have been their clients for more than 25 years, very poor customer service, will move all our accounts to another bank.
Great bank if you enjoying waiting in line with no air-conditioning
One of the worst Bank of America! The worst!!! Worst crew they don’t care they always will take as longer as possible to delivery the worst job before you leave! If you can go to another location will save you time and stress…… hope help you guys
