Vivian was great! I had such a great experience with her. She was polite and efficient, making a great use of my time. I also could tell she is well rounded, and she definitely deserves a raise. This branch is lucky to have her.

Daily ATM limit is $1500. For more you need to go inside the bank and a simple withdrawal just took me 15 minutes. Process is so slow and there’s never enough tellers. Also- recently tried to take advantage of BOA’s free notary services. It’s impossible to get through to anyone at this location, though. My husband and I have both called many times. Not once can we get a person vs an answering machine.
