This is a review specifically for Frank Drummond! Frank took very good care of me when I had to come into the branch. He was kind, professional, and respectful while helping me out. Keep this guy around BOA, he’s an asset!
Avoid this bank. Awful customer service. Average wait time to see a teller or employee is over 30 minutes
The least helpful, knowledgeable people I’ve ever attempted to work with. They couldn’t answer a single question for me and were rude. Specifically the guy with the gold watch whispering through the glass.

Well BofA you still let me down even after 20 years of not being a customer with you. Why ammi not suprised. It's reasons like this why I stopped banking with you many years ago. I came in to get my check cashed from a business that uses BofA thr the check itself is distributed from Bank of America and supruse suprise they still want to charge me $8 for a processing fee. How stupid is that! This is exactly why America hates doing business with this bank. They price gouge for every little thing!
