we walked onto Bank of America a few months ago, trying to open a debit card and an account and Gigi took care of us like no other. She is very professional, efficient and friendly. She answered all our questions and helped us through every step with no complications or confusion. If you need a Banker at Bank of America I would recommend Gigi 100%.
“System down” terrible branch might as well be an atm. Bad customer services and useless tools
System was down and front desk lady gave terrible customer service. No attempt to help me deposit money and convert currency. Might as well be an atm if the “system is down” all the time.

There were no lines, the office was spotless, and the whole process was the fastest and most pleasant account opening I've ever had.
