We set up a POA for my elderly Dad a few months ago and with his cognitive decline, he lost the original. We flew into town to redo it and the DAY of the appointment, only hours before the meeting when we have 5 people involved, the manager Vivian calls to say that every party signing has to have a BOA account or they won’t allow the service. Waited over an hour and a half to send a transfer. The workers that were working with someone finished, then decide to go on break while im still waiting. Not cool.

Very unprofessional staff! Couldn't transfer money! Although I did the same translation in another BOA branch.

I HATE YOU GUYS. As a non member, because you'd have to throw me off a building in order to become a member, I tried cashing a BOA check for $4600 and they told me they can't cash it?? What??? Because there is a limit for non members which they cannot disclose the amount!?!?!?! I literally hate you. Inconvenient. Condescending manager. I hope you all burn down.
