The service is extremely unreliable at this center. No matter how long you stay on the phone to get to connect this center, at the end what you will get is “all customer service are helping other customers” , that is it. It is very disappointing. There is no way literally to get connected, you have to go in person for even very small things. Better to move on to other banks
I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. I’ve been a loyal Bank of America customer for over 20 years. After withdrawing all my cash, I asked an employee if I could use the restroom, but she simply didn’t care and refused. There was no empathy, no willingness to help — just a cold response. It made me feel disrespected and unvalued as a customer. I expected better from a bank I’ve trusted for two decades
I had an appointment scheduled with Nina for which I drove 30 min and they just decided to meet with someone else instead of me and ask me to wait for 30 min to talk to the same person! Such a shameful customer relationship.

They really just wasted my time making me an appointment to return the next day. I showed up and 2 different employees brushed me off and said they had to go (with me having an appointment) Also to mention I pulled my sick 5 year old out of the house on that cold day for this appointment. Very disappointed ☹️
