I've been doing business for 35 years, never had a bank put 7 day holds on all deposits!! I personally got a loan, casiers check from my personal bank and yes 7 day hold. Dont do it, not business friendly! Us bank first 3 deposits and no hold ever! What a joke B of A has become.
I walk in and to see if service accountant is there, need to ask a question about my auto loan, she was on lunch. So I ask the teller (Nora) to leave a message for Thy to call me back and ask the tell to write, Nora give me a BAD attitude and asking to ask nicely with a face. WHAT A BAD TELL AND A BAD ATTITUDE LIKE THAT DOUNG IN THE FRONT LINE. I HOPE THIS MESSAGE WILL GET THE HEADING TO REVIEW. AND LATSTLY, HOPE IT WOULD NOT HAVPPE. TO OTHER CLIENTS THAT NORA IS TREADING THEM LIKE ME.
