Very disappointed and dissatisfied with customer service by a teller, Karen. Her attitude and communication was unprofessional and confrontational. I hiighly suggest a customer service training for Karen at the point Lima location.
This location has become one of the worst in the chain! Service is slow and sketchy if the computers are not working properly. More than once I have left and gone to the Midway branch to get service. No one apologizes for the long delay and there are never enough tellers! This location needs to staff better!

This is the second time in a month a company has electronically removed a huge sum of money out of my account for @30K and I complained to the bank and they reversed the charges but they all were pulled out again by the scammers who took it in the first place. I have no sense of protection with this bank!!!!
