Had quick and efficient service from Daniel today.
This is the second time in a month a company has electronically removed a huge sum of money out of my account for @30K and I complained to the bank and they reversed the charges but they all were pulled out again by the scammers who took it in the first place. I have no sense of protection with this bank!!!!
Hello everyone, today Aug 28 2024 I decided to go to my local bank of America. I needed help creating a new password for my account. Eliso Safarova helped me. She was caring and kind. I want to personally thank her and the rest of her team at this location for there help.
One of the best BofA branches, by far! Been banking with BofA for years including business and mortgage accounts at locations around the country. We needed account help and was met by the kindest and hospitable people and a seemingly very well managed branch. Angelica took care of us and it was personalized, professional, and top notch service. She updated everything and now it’s perfect. In this day of challenging customer service experiences, our entire visit felt like “next level”.
They gave me fake money. There was a pink plastic looking size coin in my $10 roll of quarters. They used it to replace a quarter. I already filed a report on this issue. This is scary and it's taking your money
