Waited 30mins in the line only to find out their cashier machine is broken and cannot help me. What a stupid customer service.
I’m BofA customer since last 5 years and went there for notary service with an appointment scheduled with Miguel Chavarin. And I wrote clear instructions for my visit. He did not do my notary and said he cannot do it in working hours but it will available after working hours with $15 per signature. I’m trying to surface up this practice to the higher authorities and wanted to know what Miguel said is true and why this branch has such low standards and ratings.
We went here yesterday to cash a check from work (PepsiCo). The teller insisted she could not cash it because it was not signed. She then went and got the manager who said no we can’t cash it. He said even if we had an account he wouldn’t cash it. There is no where to sign this check and for over a year now we have been cashing the check with no issue.
