I want to shout out Rock the advisor. He was such a kind and professional person to meet with today. I was having some issues with my card/ PIN number (and was super overwhelmed) and he went above and beyond to help. Also, I almost immediately got in, no appointment, and had to only wait like maybe 5 mins. Good customer service is hard to find these days so THANK U ROCK! (He 100% deserves a raise).
