Did the protocol change or it's okay for the bank rep to ask me for my debit card pin and enter it himself instead of letting me enter it? That rep did it that way and repeated my pin to my face. That was so bizarre. It finally hit me and I requested to change the pin and insist to enter it myself. Not sure if he looked away though. I've been with BOA for 10+ years. It only take one uncomfortable moment to lose a customer.
Came in with my mother for an appointment with Arlette and I was so happy to have someone who not only speaks great Spanish, but also does so in such a way that I didn’t had to clarify anything to my mom. Arlette guided my mother through the app with such patience and clarity that she didn’t even hesitate to use the app herself—mind you, she’s stubborn and usually has my sister or I do everything for her! I’ve heard nothing but bad things about Bank of America in general, but specifically this branch as well. I am not a customer (thank goodness), but I had to use their atm to take money out. I went thru the whole transaction, it printed a receipt and gave me my card back but no cash. So I went inside after dragging my young kids in the cold and spoke to the manager, Tania.
