I have never met anyone as nice and knowledgeable like CLAUDIA. She is so kind and always looking out for the best option. As a customer I truly appreciate it. BOA NEEDS TO KEEP MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER.
Don’t go to this bank. Worst location I’ve been to in 26 years banking with BOA. 10 employees there with 1 person working the client services. 40 mins to cash a check.

I have been trying for 5 days now to call Alexander Plaza location (and other locations). Continously. You cannot have everyone assisting other people every second. Do you put your phones on silent so it automatically goes to voice mail???? I want to speak to a live person not put my information on a website. I am disabled and cannot come in the bank. This is unacceptable Customer Service!!!!!
