“Very disappointing experience. I came to this Bank of America location to cash a check, and the staff were unable to help me. I was told the manager was not available, and nobody seemed willing or able to resolve the issue. I wasted my time coming here and received very poor customer service. A bank this size should be able to handle a simple check-cashing request or at least provide a clear solution. I would not recommend this location.”
Always friendly tellers
Today's teller was the epitome of friendly and professional. No unnecessary questions and perfectly helpful. No wait. Overall a great experience. Admittedly, I was a bit surprised, and it was wonderful.
The worst customer service Paul Petrea, Financial Center Manager, was intrusive, invaded and rude. He wastes peoples time by asking too many questions that are not concerning him. Don’t use this branch, drive a bit more to have better service.
Basically scammed. Went to renew my CD, and asked them to take out a portion of that money before renewing. They renewed the whole thing. Now I can’t take any money out for 7 days and I get a penalty for doing so. Just incompetent
