I had a fraudulent charge on my checking account months ago. two charges for small amounts $1 or $2 dollars at a 7/11 and a chevron gas station, and one big charge of $268.95 from a target store over 50 miles away from where I live at 2am!! I disputed these charges and they refunded me for the small charges with no issues but now 3 to 4 months later I receive a letter stating they will not be crediting the charge of $268.95 (the one that matters) and they will be taking the money out of my account on the 28th.
