Rose the teller was very rude and would not allow me to make a withdraw even with my license and other state ids, online banking application and my phone number on file for verification. She went out of her way to not allow me to make a withdraw. The lines are very long at this location. She makes the customer service process very long for everyone. Poor customer service from Rose the teller.Â
