Worst bank ever. They only ever have 1-2 tellers working. It's takes forever to do anything. And why are there employees just standing around?
Always been polite and great service
The management here is atrocious. They are rude if you look under 30, and they will not help or sit down with you to work something out. This branch made BoA lose my business after many years.
Tellers are rude and will steal your money
One of the worst places to bank in Knoxville. BOA needs more than one location if they're going to have crappy hours.
If you're gonna need a cashiers check to close on a house, go online. Branch is so mismanaged they are no help. I'd recommend First Tennessee or Schwab.com
Terrible customer service, always busy. Unfriendly employees. Would rather they just shut this branch down!
