One of the worst drive up ATMs, just invest in the new version you guys already make a lot of money from banking anyway. EVERYTIME it always spits the money back or can't count it what a joke!
This bank should not operate with the kind of service they provide for loyal clients. The manager Stephani refused to help me and made sure than no one else could help me either without an appointment while there are 3 employees doing nothing. I waited and argued for at least 15 minutes not even one customer in the bank. She just didn't want to help. I have been a loyal client for over 20 years. I am thinking about closing my accounts now if Bank of America employs people like her.
Totally don’t need to open for this location , no one there , everyone is available , when I talked to them , they said sorry , we don’t do this business in this branch , you need to go to other brand , while there is no one there , then why this branch exists ? People there show really bad attitude.
They have notary service but refuse to do notary unrelated to BOA? What's the point? I'll close my accounts at BOA.
