Only one teller option but plenty of employees who cannot seem to help. Only come here once a month and is always a wait for a simple transaction.
No body answer the phone any time.
Dominique at BOA is amazing at what she does and cares genuinely for the customer! She helped me navigate a fraud situation for a month and made herself available whenever needed! Incredible experience!
Awful. If there was a zero it would be that. We are “Preferred” clients for 37 years and were treated like trash. Glad this place is closing. I too was told the bathroom is not open to the “public”. Called the complain line and got absolutely no result about our issue with closing our safe deposit box. I hope Bank of America is not targeting certain groups of people.
Poor customer service. When you call the bank you are offered two options to speak with a member at this branch. No one ever answers the phone and then you are disconnected from the call. Customers should be able to ask questions that may be specific to a par Location without having to go into the bank and/or schedule a meeting. Remove the option to speak with someone since it’s really not an option.
