The branch manager Leah is the worst person I have ever encountered. Especially at a bank. Who has issues at the bank? This location constantly has ridiculous lines. No one cares for the customer. Today branch manager Leah came out from the back and literally started yelling at EVERYONE in the bank it was so crazy. Their were at least 20 people inside waiting for various things (teller, CSR etc.) this was the most outrageous experience ever at a bank. We immediately went across the street to Wells Fargo.
