I have to change my name after marriage. I look online and I find that I have to visit a branch with my ID and marriage certificate. My husband and I visit and we are told we need an appt. We schedule something for Monday. I get to my appt only to be told we cannot do it because my husband is not with me. At no point were we told that my husband had to come to the appt as well for MY name change. It is one of the worst financial institutions there is. The customer service here is poor. This bank gave me the worst experience with my dads conversatorship. The bank and their legal department sucks!!! Bank elsewhere!!
