One of the worst customer service at this bank. Saw a lady yelling at an elderly woman. Had to schedule multiple appointments due to lack of information provided by either the representative or the bank.
Be aware businesses customers they do not have business desk anymore ,only one line for both,it’s been 1 year whenever I go to this branch they very rude ,only 1 person serving and big line .hopefully soon will close my account with BOA ,they not worthy anymore..,
