Welcoming, professional and efficient staff made a great banking experience.
I made an appointment at this branch for notary service. When I arrived manager Mercedes Lopez refused to notorize my document. Luckily I contacted my Merrill advisor who arraigned a meeting with a real notary. Please don’t advertise notary service if you are not willing to perform this function.
