They have one lady working the counter, who appears to be a moron. I am definitely moving my business banking accounts from this bank as they could not even process a wire transfer when I waited in line and drove to go to a branch. And why bother having customer service people who don’t serve the customers. @owner I don’t use social media, its for morons. And soon, I wont be using your bank ever again.
Very poor customer service and lack of work knowledge and professionalism. When I tried to cash a check, the female manager called the person who wrought the check to verify, and the manager said that the person did "not remember the check number", so they declined the check. But when I called the person, he said that he had given the check number to the banker and verified. When I tried to go back in the bank, they locked door because it was past 4pm. A huge difference from this location compared to Mira Mesa boulevard!!! I had called in 5 minutes before to make sure my transaction would be accepted since it was declined at Mira Mesa boulevard and when I walked in Andrew at the front greeted me asking if I was the one who just called in!!! Be careful when you bring cash deposit here to teller m(He was Spanish). Teller will scam you. I brought this branch for $100* 40 counted in envelope with sealed. But after counting he said 39 instead of 40. I can’t believe because I just counted at home 10 mins ahead of time at home. But I don’t have any evidence. So just trust him that time but finally figured out he scared me. My mistake was I just gave whole envelope to teller not counting together. Please always count in front of teller.
