I can to “transfer all funds and close a business account” They closed the account first, accidentally froze my funds for 24 hrs talked in circles about how it’s the way business accounts are handled and would not simply acknowledge that 1 they didn’t process in the order I requested, and 2 that they should have advised that canceling with funds in the account will limit how they’re processed. - they also took me out of the teller line where I initially said I wanted to do the transfer first. - I previously did this at anoth... read more

They have one lady working the counter, who appears to be a moron. I am definitely moving my business banking accounts from this bank as they could not even process a wire transfer when I waited in line and drove to go to a branch. And why bother having customer service people who don’t serve the customers. @owner I don’t use social media, its for morons. And soon, I wont be using your bank ever again.

Very poor customer service and lack of work knowledge and professionalism. When I tried to cash a check, the female manager called the person who wrought the check to verify, and the manager said that the person did "not remember the check number", so they declined the check. But when I called the person, he said that he had given the check number to the banker and verified. When I tried to go back in the bank, they locked door because it was past 4pm.
