It is without a doubt the worst bank I've ever banked with. They have exceptionally long lines with very few tellers to take care of their customers. Even as a member I tried to cash a $5,000 plus social security check and they wanted to charge me five bucks I went to another teller the next day and they cashed it no problem. What's up with them?
This branch is pathetic, 15+ customers and only one teller, always better to drive the extra 15 minutes to Kennewick. Understaffed and poorly managed in my opinion.
Pasco wa on Lewis st. Is by far the worst bank to ever go to its the same on going issue i went yesterday 11/17 they had 2 tellers and over 25 people in line and then the have a worker greeting people instead they should put here as a teller or hire more so that they have more than just 2 tellers. The time before this last time I wasted an hour lunch in line to get helped if I could give less than a star I would
