I went to Bank of America yesterday I needed to open an additional checking account. After a few failed Online experiences, I decided to go into the branch. The girls there Katie, and Felicia were awe some! So Accommodating, Very knowledgeable, super friendly, and so easy to deal with. They answered all of my questions had me up and going very quickly. Highly recommend this branch.
Katie the bank manager is excellent and the person to see. She helped me with my dad’s estate and provide guidance and encouragement. She also made sure the procedures and tasks across other banks are up to standards. When I ever return to this branch I will always ask for Mrs. Katie. Thank you for making my day brighter.
