Extremely poor customer service. They never answers the phone, no matter what time you call. Even worse, they never return messages when you leave voicemails. It is incredibly frustrating when you need assistance and cannot get a hold of anyone. A phone number is pointless if no one ever responds. Very disappointed in the lack of basic customer support.
Place is great. The staff are always helpful and quick to get people what they need. I've had many bank accounts in the past. This is the first one that didn't do me wrong. If you are looking for a bank this would be my choice.
