I am rating one star based on my recent credit card transaction dispute claim handled. Out of 3 transactions with the same scam merchant. 2 transactions got approved in scam company favor and one transaction got in my favor.
Every time I go, I leave happy
They need lesson on customer service. How do you not answer the phone in the span of 30 minutes or someone call. Smdh.
