I don't know how many 1-star reviews about unanswered phone calls it takes before this issue gets addressed. Today I spent 15 minutes making 8 calls between both Bank of America branches in Columbia, and neither branch answered. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident—I've had persistent difficulty reaching the local branches by phone for years. I have called every location in Colombia enough times to know that it has to literally be their policy to not take phone calls ever. I live in Jefferson City and I can't talk to anybody about my account unless I drive all the way to Columbia because of this. Definitely going to be closing my account and switching banks. I've had this account for over a year and I deposit a check and they immediately put a hold on it and keep it for 6 days so they can make their own money off of my check that I need.
